Cancellation policy
If you have booked through an OTA (Online Travel Agency such as Expedia and Booking.com) we will refer you directly to them.
If you represent a company that has booked a meeting, you will find the cancellation policy in your confirmation.
If you have booked your stay directly with us, standard cancellation policy applies.
